Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by us, you'll receive a full refund automatically within 14 days.
Children aged 5–15 need a child ticket. Under 5s are free with a paying adult. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Yes. Every event has a Family ticket covering two adults and two children, with skip-the-queue entry and bundled prize wheel spins.
Yes. Open your booking confirmation email and use the 'Transfer ticket' link. Transfers are free and take effect immediately.
